Margdarshak is an information service that collects and organises publicly available government job notifications so that job seekers can find them in one place. All recruitment on this website is conducted by the respective government organisations, never by us.

• Always verify with the official notification. While we work hard to keep information accurate and current, errors, omissions, and delays are possible. The official notification, advertisement, or gazette published by the recruiting organisation is the only authoritative source. Please read it fully before applying or paying any application fee.
• We charge nothing. This portal is completely free. We do not collect application fees, "form-filling charges", or payments of any kind. If anyone asks you for money claiming to represent Margdarshak, it is a fraud. Please report it to us and to the police.
• External links lead to government websites. Apply links, notification PDFs, admit cards, and results open on the recruiting organisation's own website. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or downtime.
• No guarantee of employment. We provide information only. Selection depends entirely on the recruiting organisation's own process.
• Names and logos of government organisations appearing on this portal belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the source of a notification, not to imply any affiliation.

2.Our Data Sources

Every notification on this portal is sourced directly and only from official government websites, primarily domains ending in .gov.in and .nic.in, along with the official websites of public sector undertakings, public sector banks, and statutory bodies.

Our 350+ sources include, among others: UPSC, SSC, Railway Recruitment Boards, IBPS and public sector banks, the Armed Forces and paramilitary forces, State Public Service Commissions and staff selection boards, State Police recruitment boards, High Courts, AIIMS and government medical institutions, National Health Missions, PSUs such as NTPC, ONGC, ISRO and BHEL, electricity boards, municipal corporations, and central autonomous bodies.

What we store is limited to the facts of each notification: post name, organisation, important dates, vacancy count, eligibility, and a link to the official page. We link out to original documents rather than claiming them as our own; all notification content remains the property of the issuing government organisation. Our systems also automatically re-verify stored links so that broken or outdated ones are removed.

We aggregate only information that government bodies have themselves published for public distribution. Job advertisements exist precisely to reach as many candidates as possible.

3.Privacy Policy

We built this portal to need as little of your data as possible.

• No account required. You can use every feature without registering, and we do not ask for your name, phone number, email, or any identity document.
• Saved jobs and dark mode stay on your device. Your bookmarked jobs and theme preference are stored only in your own browser (localStorage). They are never sent to our servers, and clearing your browser data removes them.
• Standard server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting providers keep routine technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify or profile you.
• No tracking, no ads, no selling of data. We do not use advertising cookies or sell any information to anyone.
• Translation and fonts run on Google. If you choose a language from the language button, Google Translate works inside the page: it remembers your choice in a cookie and sends the page text to Google so it can be translated. Our fonts also load from Google Fonts. For what Google processes in both cases, Google's own privacy policy applies.
• Third-party websites. When you click through to a government website, or share a job via WhatsApp or Telegram, those services' own privacy policies apply.
